* SCORE AND SAVE SALE (the "Program") TERMS & CONDITIONS: Program only available at participating Clayton Homes family of brands retailers ("Seller") with a new home sales agreement that is signed September 26, 2025, through October 4, 2025. Buyer to receive incentive in the following maximum amounts: $1,500 with purchase of a new single-section home; $3,000 with purchase of a new double-section home (each the "Incentive"). Home must be purchased at the posted home only retail sales price to be eligible for the maximum available incentive. Actual total value of buyer Incentive not to exceed $3,000. Buyer Incentive will be applied by the Seller as a reduction in the total sales price of the home package, consisting of the home purchased plus all other items included in the sale. Under no circumstances will any portion of the buyer Incentive be applied toward buyer's down payment if buyer obtains financing for the home purchase from any lender of buyer's choice. Buyer is solely responsible for paying the entire down payment. Program may not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing, and may be subject to certain lender requirements that restrict the forms of buyer incentives that Seller can provide. Void where prohibited, but only to the extent prohibited.
